Signed up for triple play in Vegas. TV, Internet and landline. TV works. Internet works. Phone works, sort of. Area code is 702.
I get dial tone and can place a call to my 760 cell phone. The Cox office in Henderson can call the phone using their landline.
All of the following get a Not In Service message when calling in.

I am sure this a simple matter of a bit not being twiddled right.
Cox is rolling a truck on 2/5 when I am there next. Not sure what a field tech can do with bits that a sales office person with access to back room folks can’t.
