Not showing this on account, but all new packages are deemed to be 100Mbps.
Is Cox not upgrading existing "preferred" accounts? 300Mbps service exists in the area (it's been offered for a long time), but I don't know if they've actually gone to 100Mbps on the preferred tier.
Modem is an 8x4 that is "Certified" to work with 100Mbps preferred.
All tests show 60Mbps. Is it account, provisioning, not quite ready, or, something else?
