So I go to the Cox website, and can't find the data meter anywhere. I'm directed to download the iphone APP which I do. When I try to log in it says wrong ID or password.
I carefully verify that both are correct. Still wrong. I can long in the my account on the website no problem. I triple check my ID and password, no go. It locks me out.
I reset my password, and try again. I finally get it to work, only to find Cox can't give me any info on my data usage. So I'm out of the grace period, and they can't tell me how much data I'm using, but sure the hell can charge me extra if I go over. Something smells here.
Man I've been a Cox customer for years. Guess I'll have to start looking elsewhere.
