So I saw a post that stated Cox has rolled out Gigablast in Broken Arrow and I have been checking daily to see if it was available. It has consistently stated that I have the highest package available.
I decided to check the house to my left, the house to my right, and the house behind me (which has the node in their yard) and all of them have Gigablast available according to the "Check Availability" on the Cox website. When I check mine it still doesn't show it as available.
Can anyone explain how the only house out of those 4 that has a higher than base internet package, all coming from the same node, can not be eligible for Gigablast? It sucks that I will likely have to move to get away from Cox but since my job relies on my internet connection I have to consider it.
