I live in Henderson NV, I have fiber to the house and had an issue where my speed suddenly dropped after a tech worked on the neighbors house. Call in and was told my modem showed a critical error coming from outside my home, mind you my service was perfect prior. Nothing changed on my end.
Called the next day after everything appeared to be working again fine only to hear my issue on my account was marked "RESOLVED"....I was told that they "BACKED UP THE INTERFACE" and I am curious as to what that means since a week later the same issues are starting to happen again.....my signal levels are flawless so I am sorta not sure what is going on.
