After a couple of disappointing responses from Cox support - business support even, I'm coming to the hive mind to see what suggestions you'll have for getting my issue fixed.
I've been with Cox for around 6 years, on Premier 150:10 tier with a Cisco 3070 modem. When the caps came here, changed to 100:20 business with a SB6183.
For about the last month, connectivity has been dropping once or twice a day between 10:30AM & 1PM. In the last week, it's been dropping a half dozen times a day.
Rebooting the Cable modem brings the connection back up.
Cox has changed out the cable modem. It got a little better for the first 3 days, then reverted to form.
I don't think it's a modem thing. I think it's a node issue, as my signals look fantastic. I have the best signals.

I appreciate any suggestions or advice (other than go elsewhere - 40Mbps from Centurylink is insufficient).
