So of all my years with Cox, we just got our first Overage of Data Usage this month. So I installed data monitors on all devices to help monitor the usage.
Somehow, with 2 PCs - 2 Tablets and 2 phones, they showed only a combined usage of about 10 gigs for one day. However, website showed we used close to 25 gigs in that day.
Is there any way I can get the data that Cox is using to report my usage and compare it to what device or service is causing this high usage?
