I just get off the phone with Cox. I was interested in purchasing the CM8200 modem for $179 and paying for it over 3 months. The rep told me that she had no idea why, but she couldn't divide the payments. Her system didn't let her. She even tried another department to see if they could do it and they couldn't either.
Anyone know if the 3 month payment plan has been discontinued? The rep didn't know.
