My trusty Netgear AC1900 (I think) stopped working at all 3 days ago. Cable TV also stopped working. Tech came out and said Cox made changes and he's been replacing the 8 down 4 up Netgears. 5 ghz worked last night for streaming Netflix. This morning the upstairs Echo Dot no longer saw wifi. Tonight I had 5 ghz reporting 130 mbps down for a whopping 5 minutes b4 it disappeared again. 2.4 then kept freezing. We had another tech out this afternoon and he blamed the microwave and metal in the walls. Sorry dude but it's been the same house for the last 2 1/2?years. I hate this Arris thing. I'm going to swap it at a Cox store but for which other model?
