[NV] Ongoing Uncorrectables, T3s, T4s & Reboots in Las Vegas [un-FIXED?]

For about the last 2 months, I've been getting bursts of uncorrectables here in Las Vegas (usually in the early-to-mid afternoon). They started about the time I got my SB8200 cable modem, so I thought they were related to that hardware (the SB8200 would lock up and reboot every week or so if the uncorrectables got too high). Last week, I returned to using my old SB6183 cable modem to see if things got better with that. I continue to see small bursts of those uncorrectables. Before last night, 5 channels had 0 and the rest were in the low 3 digits. Sometime last night, I got a bigger burst than normal (pushing some of those uncorrectables into the 5 digits). Is this normal? Is there anything I can do? I've been talking to Cox about this for the last month or so and had them come out to check/replace all the connections between my box and the tap in the ground down the street. I've told them the problem continues, but I don't see how they can find the source since it's sporadic. xTime Priority DescriptionThu Jun 01 20:30:54 2017 Critical (3) SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to receive MAC SYNC frame within time-out period;CM-MAC=deleted;CMTS-MAC=deleted;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;Wed May 31 07:02:12 2017 Error (4) DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response v4 option;CM-MAC=deleted;CMTS-MAC=deleted;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;Sat May 27 19:02:57 2017 Critical (3) Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=deleted;CMTS-MAC=deleted;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;Sat May 27 19:02:15 2017 Notice (6) TLV-11 - unrecognized OID;CM-MAC=deleted;CMTS-MAC=deleted;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
