So a family member has been dropping frames on their live stream over the past few days, before that things were near perfect, I even managed to get Cox to give me the proper speed package I was supposed to get 100/10. I decided to look tonight at my stats page on my modem, first time I've needed to do this, probably should have done so sooner, power levels all look good, I'm noticing a big problem tho with codewords on one of my channels, channels 103 102 and 104 all have total uncorrectable and correctable codewords between 1000 and 2000, channel 101 tho, has 424764 total correctable codewords and the UNcorrectable codewords are 3501623 . I'm assuming this is a big issue, what could be causing such high numbers, is this associated with such poor upstream quality??
