Hey all, so over in the Georgia Section, the COX guys are getting the new firmware for the SB6190 which has been helping a lot of people down there, but during a chat with tech support I just had it seems that we are not getting the same option for Firmware pushes? If thats the case I suppose thats fine, but does anyone know how to manually update the firmware on an Arris SB6190? my issue is random drops of connectivity, random extreme slowness, sometimes multiple times a day, but at least daily. It got "better" when I upgraded months ago to Ultimate package, but no matter what it still happens.
