Up until this weekend, my internet was just fine Ultimate (350/25) ish download/upload speed. Suddenly my upload was cut to less than half of what it was (only getting around 8-9Mbps now). Tech was sent out, who tested my line and we saw that there was only 1 upstream bonded channel (previously there were 4 upstream bonded channels). He also tested with 3 different modems and some other stuff, but wasn't able to solve it. Also called level 2 tech support, they acknowledged also seeing only 1 upstream bonded channel and slow upload, but couldn't figure it out as well.
Btw, modem is arris SB6190
Anybody else having this same issue? Anybody here from cox able to check this out?
