My download speeds have dropped from approx. 120 Mbps to various speeds. They range from 2 mbps to normal (for short periods of time). ATM they are 25 Mbps and I am the only one on my channel
Cox Tech was here Monday. Said the problem was a mainteance issue with a cox node. He put in a ticket with dispatch yesterday afternoon.
How long can it take Cox to send a truck to that friggin bad node that it has allowed to fall into disrepair???
Though I have been a loyal Cox Premiere Customer for 10+ years I'm mad as hell.
