[CATV] OnDemand Network TV FF&Rew?

When you watch Network TV shows using OnDemand, is the Rewind function disabled? On mine FF is disabled, but when you hit rewind it starts to rewind but then in won't let you go back to play. It will just rewind all the way to the beginning. If you hit stop while it is rewinding and then hit play, you get an error and the only way to play it again is to start it over from the beginning. Cable Box is Motorola DCT 2500. Thanks, BGC
