[AZ] SB6190 Connection Hiccups; High Uncorrectables

So I've had a tech out to my house a few times now trying to address the T3 errors and uncorrectables that I've been experiencing. At times, my connection does drop and comes back up. My modem line has no splitters attached since I only have Internet service with Cox. I had a brand new line run from the box on the side of my house to my modem. The technician ran a new line from the tap to my house. I don't even know what more can be done at this point. I left Cox 5 years ago for this very reason of not having a stable connection, came back in August 2015 and it seems nothing has changed. Is there something I'm missing that needs to be checked or addressed? The attached is my modem after it I reset to factory defaults 23 hours ago.
