I have an email user who sends frequent messages to me and many others. A week+ ago the user began to receive bounce backs that stated her provider had been attempting to deliver but has been unsuccessful. Investigation showed that the problem occurs only with the members in her address book that are using COX email. I ran a test by logging on to her webmail ( Comcast Xfinity ) and sending a test message to me at COX and GMAIL. I received it immediately at GMAIL but never did at COX. My attempt to discuss the problem with COX first level support was frustrating because the rep did not listen to what he was told and kept putting me on hold to talk to someone else. Invariably, he would return with a suggestion or question that made it clear he did not listen carefully, understand the problem description, nor was willing to allow me to speak to a more competent technician. I finally gave up. Reminded me of my experience with ATT. Anyone have any suggestions?
