Geez Cox. What is wrong with you?
Wanted to watch a couple of the college basketball games on ESPN Full Court. Here's how it went.
You: Good evening Kevin.
Kevin R.: Welcome to Cox Live Chat Support. My name is Kevin. I am happy to assist you.
You: Did you need me to restate what I'm looking into?
Kevin R.: Please allow me a moment to review your inquiry.
You: Ok.
Kevin R.: Thanks.
Kevin R.: I understand you want to add Sport and Info Package. Is that correct?
You: Not sure. I want to add ESPN Full Court. Is that in the Sport Package?
Kevin R.: I just checked and the ESPN Full Court is on Sport Package Pay Per View.
You: That is consistent with the information on ESPN's site. Is it available and what is the cost?
Kevin R.: Yes, Give me a moment, please.
You: Sure. But the game I was hoping to watch this evening is going to be done by the time we figure this out.
Kevin R.: Okay.
Kevin R.: The regular season the cost is $119.77
You: What's a season?
You: The college basketball season?
Kevin R.: And the Half season cost is $82.99
You: half a season of what? What season?
Kevin R.: That is the information we got here.
Kevin R.: The ESPN Full Court season.
You: How am i supposed to know that that means?
You: To decide if I want to spend the money?
Kevin R.: Do you want all the season or the half season?
You: Again half a season, full season, of WHAT?
You: The entire college basketball season?
You: And if that's the case where do I find what the schedule is so I know what games my 120 dollars buys?
Kevin R.: Yes, for the college basketball season.
You: And is there a schedule somewhere?
You: Here's how Direct TV and DISH do this.
You: http://espnfullcourt.espn.com/
You: I'm not going to give Cox 120 dollars unless I know what I'm getting for that 120.

Then I was told to look at a link so I could see what a "season" covers.
It went to the PPV for NBA, MLB, etc.
What nonsense.
No wonder Cox users don't get these channels. We can't figure out how to.
