I am currently in Fairfax VA. I upgraded from an SB6141 to the new SB6183, but I am only showing 8-channel download instead of the 16-channel bonding that the SB6183 is capable of doing. I contacted support and they were confused and it didn't go anywhere.
Does anyone know if Fairfax, VA even has 16-channels available?
