Ok, posting from my phone so I apologize in advance for issues. I currently cannot get online with my zoom 5341 modem with cox cable in south eastern VA.
On the modem's diagnostic page:
Downstream strength 4.007 dBmv
Upstream 39.12 dBmv
Signal to noise 37.936 dB
PWR, DS, US lights all lock. Status does not. Error log on the modem reports:
TLV-11 Illegal set operation failed
And
TFTP request tries exceeded
I am positive the is an issue on cox's end. I've tried not only power cycling but a fool factory reset of the modem, same results. Cox insists it's a signal problem and is trying to get me to waste time with a tech appointment. Just wondering if anyone can confirm if I'm right, or if anyone else with a Zoom is having similar issues. I asked them to re provision it, they said they did, nothing. Tempted to buy a new modem just to save myself the hassle.
