Hi, I manage a LAN for a local business near Blue Diamond that has the $99 Cox Business Internet. When it was installed a year and a half ago, modem speed test showed ~10mbs download and ~2mbs upload. The manager complained to me about the speed so I checked it again and the max was ~5mbs and upload ~1mbs. So it looks like the speed has dropped in half (yes, rebooted everything, tried several devices). It is wired with and coax splitter connected to an Arris box for phone and a small Cisco modem for the internet. Any ideas before I call the support line? Thx.
