I thought the FCC mandated that cable companies give customers the option for a CableCard regardless of tier. A few months ago I signed up for the "Advanced TV Flex" plan but have been told by an in-store rep, a sales rep (phone), and a tech support rep (phone) that it is impossible to add a CableCard to my plan without me upgrading to a higher tier.
Does anyone know what I could do at this point?
