Hey guys.....
I have been getting terrible speeds downloading from the UK and France the last week or two...any ideas?
From ftp's in both countries I was able to grab 1-3GB files in minutes, now it's in the hours range...sometimes as high as 60-70 hours.
And before you ask....no, nothing illegal and the servers are large corporation owned, WB and Universal.
I had a friend in the UK use my credentials and he is able to get top speeds from both, so it has to be something between Cox and there. Speedtest shows my download speed is fine.
