[VA] Cisco 3212 EMTA will not stay connected

I recently got a Cisco DPQ3212 EMTA via the free DOCSIS 3.0 EMTA upgrade that was taking place in my area. After receiving my new EMTA a couple weeks ago, and self installing (I have a B.S. in I.T.), then placing a phone call to activate the device, everything worked smoothly...Well kinda. A couple days ago, my connection started to drop out randomly for short periods of time, where the device would lose all connectivity for 5-10 minutes, then would start working fine. I just chalked it up to recent work that was being done on the lines in the area (had some workers on the pole outside the property at the time). This issue also stopped as soon as the line techs were done doing whatever it was they needed to do. Now however, the EMTA will just drop the connection at random, and will not reacquire it. It's done it 4 times today so far (about every 3ish hours), resulting in the device going through it's initialization procedure (scanning/ranging) repeatedly without finally obtaining a steady connection. During this time, the device will only show a single downstream channel's status (status levels are normal - 12.8dBmV @ 42.9dB SNR as reported by device), and will not acquire an upstream channel (all will stay at 0dBmV). After a few minutes, the device will then reboot itself and attempt to restart the process. All of the cable and splitters running throughout the property have been replaced via a technician just over a month ago (due to poor signal issue that originated at the tap on the pole that was affecting the TV). The technicians also installed a drop-amp and powered it via a power inserter. All of the splitters (one 3 way outside and one 2 way in the living room) were replaced with commscope splitters (all brand new in package). In testing the device's connection, I've personally replaced the cable running to the EMTA from the splitter in the living room, the splitter in the living room (replaced with a GE 5-1000Mhz low loss splitter, commscope splitter, and a Monster Cable low loss splitter, all of which have a 3.5-3.7 dB drop balanced across the outputs), the cable running to the cable box in the living room, as well as the cable running from the wall to the splitter (all 6 inches). None of the changes solved the issue. The only way for me to get the modem to hold a connection is to plug the cable directly into the wall, bypassing the splitter (and making it so that there's no cable TV in the living room now). I'd post the logs when the device is going through this issue, but it also seems that the new FW version has the logs unable to be viewed by end-users. Here's the status page when bypassing everything.
