I have a VOIP setup with COX that worked until the past few months. Trying to figure out what is wrong with my connection
After reading this forum I downloaded PingPlotterPro and started tracking ping and Jitter times for my connection. I connected directly to my router with an ethernet cable and plotted times to www2.cox.com. Here is a plot from tonight.
I have the 15 MB download plan.
