Has anyone in Harvey see anything happening with the speed upgrade? I saw a couple of posts from people in Gretna 70053 zip code seeing upstream channels bonding so I've been checking my modem signal and it still shows 1 up/4 down. I was wondering if anyone else in Harvey see any activity yet.
