I just upgraded to Gigblast over coax and i'm not sure if this looks normal . I am not getting gigabit speeds. I've tried Cox speedtest,speedtest.net and fast.com ..All my cables are Cat6 cables. I have tried directly connecting my modem to my computer and also to my USG pro 4 router. Both recieve 500-700mbps. The tech that came out placed two filters on my Coax cable when I had 300/30 Ultimate plan. If i take the filters off and connect it to my modem then my power dBmV go up to around 8-9dBmV. The photo attached is with the two filters on my coax cable. I don't have any splitters on my line, it's hooked up directly to the coax cable coming from outside. If anyone could give some advice on this that would be great.
