So I finally saw that Gigablast was available on my login screen and decided to try and get a TM3402 since I hadnt upgrade my phone yet. walked in store and they gave it to me no problem. Got it hooked up and had to have a tech come out due to no phone signal and low speeds. They fixed the phone but said I had a low signal and would need maintenance to come out. He also mentioned I was connected to 32 channels but the 33rd was red. Which would explain why I am still hovering around 300Mbps
Is there any way for me to log into the TM3402 to see the signals myself? Or can one of the reps contact me to try and troubleshoot?
