I called Cox to get a more detailed bill of our services with them. While i was on the phone will billing, i asked about what kind of deals i could get to keep from changing my services. The rep said i was a 23year Diamond rated customer, i should have no problems getting a better deal.
That rep switched me to retention, the best retention could do is save me $3 a month. For years we have had Premier TV package, Preferred Internet package and phone service through Cox.
