Well I have been working with a couple local cox guys on this for about a month, or month, and a half. So far it's still a major problem at times, and makes my connection useless to me at times due to how bad it can get. As of right now, the issue itself seems to be a local noise issue in the area, which in itself can be a pita to deal with. Both from a customers side of things, and even the tech's working to fix the issue. I will say my local cox guy's have been really nice, and helpful. But I wanted to make this thread, as I'm gonna start posting, and updating this thread, with data I collect via pingplotter, and bandwidth testing.
I plan to keep this thread updated regularly, and I will also post when the problem has been resolved. I think this thread will be good for my sake, and I will even link my contact's to this thread, if they want to use it, so they can look over the info I will be posting. Anyways at some point today, I plan to start adding mostly screenshot's of data I will be collecting.
