The 1TB data cap slower speeds during peak hours no roll out of fiber as fast as competitors even though Comcast has already done it same for almost every other ISP Unlimited Data pay joke constant shipments of terrible Cable modems poor customer service and techs offering lower upload speed than 4G like come on there is literally no excuse for that one other than to charge you more and be lazy what a joke if you have the opportunity jump ship and make the switch why you can :(
P.S if you live in Oklahoma definitely jump ship and move up to Kansas google fiber was there when I moved awesome ISP BTW!
