[CA] Intermittent connection in SoCal - Unusable connection

I have been suffering from random connection issues for a while now. These issues have become very frequent lately that the service is barely usable, as the connection randomly drops for a 10-30 seconds throughout the day. I just upgraded everything except the modem.
