Long story short: I live in a condo building in downtown New Orleans. My Ultimate internet went out on 12/12 at 5:15pm CST. Basic cable works. 2 tech visits. It's not the modem: tried 2 Arris 6190s and now have a Netgear CM700 provisioned. Every modem gets a solid downstream and a blinking upstream before repeating. 2 onsite sub-contractor visits thinking its outside plant. No one else in the building has told management that their Internet is out. On the phone everyday since the 12th with Cox. Tickets keep autoclosing as resolved. The local field team has an open ticket but has not done anything at all. It's becoming Kafka-esque. The field team is where the problem lies and I need help.
