Greetings all,
I am wondering if anyone else has received an e-mail showing that their account was upgraded to Cox Business Internet 100 for free. I'm in the Hampton Roads, VA area if that matters.
I am currently under contract for 60/15 (another 2 1/2 years), but it looks like my account is now showing Business Internet 100/20 when I log in to My Account on Cox Business. All other account settings are the same (additional IP addresses in my case). The new speed config file hasn't made it to my modem yet (I have rebooted).
If this truly is "free", let me just say Thank you Cox! This is the first time being on Cox business class I've seen a speed upgrade for free.
Edit: Attached a copy of the message from my e-mail showing it is apparently a free upgrade.
