Neighbor did a Cox provided gateway ARRIS TG1682GP2 self install. The neighbor's properly connected HP air print printer logged on to their Cox gateway wifi network won't air print but that same printer will air print when connected to my surfboard + Netgear router wifi. I suspect the problem could be in the Cox gateway default setup but don't know where to start looking. Any advice?
