New install here. Brand new apartments, am 50 feet away from tap. Tap is fed by Fiber mux.
Installer (contractor) was able to leave by having his call center change his points/approve the install. Annoying.

These levels are preventing me from using a tri-splitter in my demarc, along with a dual splitter in one of my rooms. (-5db + - 3.5 db) would make my signal REALLY bad.
(this is currently with 1 x 2 way splitter in line)
I have a Tivo -- and while most channels work, the higher channels (1300s +) are unusable or will come in super pixelated.
Any suggestions to have someone come out to look at the tap? I did overhear the contractor tech test with his meter at the tap and say that it is "same results".
