[FL] Poor signals, water dripping from cable

The monitor I've been running on my signal levels warned me that all my downstream signals are below -10db, so I opened the box outside and took off the cable from the splitter to see water dripping out again. I currently have the drop overhead from the from the pole to the 2nd story of the house and down to an outside box that splits off the cable modem signal. There is a drip line, but I guess the coax has a break somewhere (probably squirrels). It's about 100 feet from the house (straight line) to the pole. I've already had Cox run two brand new drop lines in the last 20 months for the same reason. Do I call them again or is it time to run conduit for them? I can get the conduit up to the box outside ok, but not sure how to terminate it at the pole. Looking for any suggestions, just don't want this to be an annual thing.
