i have been on a 2 year promo preferred 150 for $59.99/month. it just expired and i called to see if they had any current promos. they told me to keep what i have is $77.99/month and i can keep the 150 because i am grandfathered in or i can switch to the new preferred 100 for $78.99/month BUT i can not use my own hardware, i must rent a panoramic wifi router form them for $10/month and i may not buy it, i have to rent it forever. they have lost there damn minds! so i would pay more money for 2/3 the speed and be forced to use there hardware. they are making it very tough to remain a customer with them with these new polices, including the 1Tb cap that i hit recently. i have been a customer of theirs since they got to Las Vegas and the only reason i haven't switched to Centurylink is they only offer 25Mb service on my street.
