[AZ] Basically no network since 11am yesterday

The strange thing is that the modem looks fine, signals look good. But the packet loss is crazy 60-99% constant. I suspect something is going on in the alley behind the houses, but Cox insists that they are not doing any work there. Perhaps someone else is? I have a scheduled truck roll but it isn't until 3pm (7am here now) and I would really like to not lose another day. Cox says they can't do anything until then and that no one else in the area is having the same issues. What I found sadly hilarious is that the guy tried to tell me they have a Panoramic WiFi system that fixes things like there, but the inside network is good, solid and most of my workstations are wired anyway. Thought it was weird he brought that up. Many resets over the right manually would temporarily give connectivity but would degrade almost immediately. They talked about the home networking team which is 7/24 but... the office is closed for the number I called.
