Tried switching to Cox Business 100/20 for $119.99 for 36 months to get away from the caps on Residential Ultimate. Scheduled an appointment for 10am-noon today. Took half day off from work.
Called at 11:30am to confirm date/time. Tech support transfers me 4 times then accidentally disconnects me.
Tech was a no-show. They call at 11:59am to tell me he won't be there til 12:30-1pm. Nope. Sorry.
Calling AT&T tomorrow.
