New here, and desperate for help! I live in Glendale, AZ and have Cox Internet, 150mbps tier. I use a Cox provided modem router combo with phone jack, a Arris Surfboard (supposedly their top of the line). I constantly drop internet service and buffer. Hard wired to the modem/router combo I get, on good days download 80-90mbps/upload 20-30mbps. Wirelessly down 30-40mbps/ up 10-12mbps. They have been out several times, but say they can't find anything wrong. They say that their own equipment works fine and get great signals so therefore it must be every single piece of equipment in my home. I have check network activity. Nothing much there. I can't switch providers as they are the top dawgs in my area. I am just so frustrated with them. I have tried to bridge my own router, but didn't help much (Older Netgear used). Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated. I am a beginner with tech so please be kind. TYIA 😉
