Hello,
I am having intermittent issues with my internet, it is due to the IP address that I have, for some reason i am guessing that it loses registration with the DHCP server and it stops allowing traffic through. Even when trying to renew the IP address there is no reply from the Cox's DHCP server. Looking at the modem there are a few errors about "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure" and others about DHCP time outs with no response. The issues goes away for a while after rebooting the modem. I am wondering if there is a new firmware for this modem that may help with some of this issues as a first step, and then probably will have to get the line tested by cox. The modem information below
