Greetings everyone,
I was curious if anyone could tell me which Contour model this particular box is: Cisco GMH9865.
I was under the impression that I ordered Contour 2 Record 6 TV service, but I'm thinking that I am going to get a Contour 1 Record 6 box due to the self-installation option (nothing on my order mentioned Contour 2 specifically if that matters).
I previously had Contour 2 at the address I ordered service with (so there is a PoE MoCA filter on the incoming line; I cancelled TV service last year), but I'm thinking Contour 2 boxes still require professional installation?
Edit: Correction on PoE filter. I meant MoCA filter.
