[FL] How "enforced" are the data usage limits?

I used to live in Pensacola, FL but had to relocate to a major metropolitan city due to the lack of IT jobs in the area. Just as I was moving, I received the e-mail in the screenshot of this post. I used to have Ultimate (which was 200/20 at the time, which has now been increased to 300/30 from my understanding) which actually had the data usage decreased from 2 TB to 1 TB (which in the e-mail noted, shows ""your recently expanded 1 terabyte (TB) data plan" but I digress). At the time, I worked from home 20% of the time, plus I had no TV so all my media was via NetFlix, YouTube, and other Internet Streaming Media. I crossed over the 1 TB limit on a regular basis. My normal usage was 1.5 TB to 2 TB per month. I recently started working for a new company and I work 100% remote, so I am planning on moving back to Pensacola (due to my daughter, and other family) but I am concerned about the data usage limits now. For example, I currently have Time Warner Cable (Now Charter) and due to their merger, they have no data caps. I am on the fastest plan in my area which is only 50/5 which is painfully slow, but I've learned to manage my internet usage in such a way that it doesn't interfere with my work (For example, if I download a single large file while I am working, my work applications become painfully slow). My work uses a lot of data as I am using applications that refresh every 30 seconds and I am also in Skype (For Business) meetings nearly all day long. For April so far, I am at almost 700 GB used, and that is with no NetFlix whatsoever and only some minor YouTube streaming. I checked out Cox Business Plans for Pensacola and for a 36 month contract, for 50/10. it would cost me $194 a month. I currently pay $42 a month for unlimited 50/5 now and when I previously had Cox Ultimate, I was paying $84.99. I checked out Regular AT&T and for the 50/10 plan and adding unlimited data, it would be $70 a month and AT&T Business would be 50/10 for $100 a month. I obviously would love to have Cox Ultimate again due to the speed as I hate having to micromanage my slow connection speed as it is, but the data usage is deeply concerning for how I use my internet. So, after a long winded post, how enforced are these limits?
