[NV] Internet issues, anything I can do before I call?

So I've been having some pretty major internet issues for about a week now, only getting about 5 down / 1 up with around ~5-10% packet loss to the CMTS (via ping 10.75.0.1 -n 500). I'm on HSI Ultimate. Tried the usual reboot, hook up directly to modem, so on, to no avail. It's not intermittent, but a constant issue regardless of time of day. I used chat support to see if there was anything going on yesterday, was told there was an outage going on in my area, that it'd be fixed in a few hours, but I'm guessing that was just to get me off the chat haha. On to the signals - A few of the channels are getting pretty terrible snr, and dropping from time to time on top of that, so I'm guessing it's time I call a tech, but on the off chance there might be something I overlooked, I figured I'd ask here first. Signals - [att=1] Event Log - [att=2] Ping to CMTS (note, currently connected via wireless - that said, I tested loss to my router using the same method and was at 0% for the same 500, no one on my network. I'll use a computer hooked up directly for any further tests if needed) - [att=3] Thanks for the help, Robert PS - On the off chance a Cox rep sees this, is Gigablast coming to the 89120 zip any time soon? ;)
