I recently subscribed with COX for the 100/10 package and had them provide me with an Arris TG2472 gateway. In the process of attempting to configure my WiFi settings (changing from the defaults), and configure a few devices to get set the same IP address, I'm greeted with the following "Your unit is updating, please wait a moment." message on a page with just the Arris logo for 5-30 minutes at a time. As I'm typing this, I've been sitting on that message for 25 minutes. I'm trying to get in there to set the IP camera's I have linked to my smartthings hub to obtain a static IP from the DHCP server on the unit.
I've contacted COX technical support and they proceeded to reset the device to defaults (which I have done via the reset button twice), and then proceed to tell me that the unit is working normally. But as soon as I connect to the unit's admin page, same issue after logging in and going through the menus.
I'm on a wired connection (1000 Gbps link, Cat 6) from my desktop to the unit. The only other device that is plugged into the unit is the HA hub (smartthings).
