When I ordered internet access, they pitched to me a Contour Flex package that added a total of $20 to my bill, and they stated (numerous times) that it works with smart TVs, roku, and android devices.
Problem is, I've tried to find apps for my nvidia Shield TV, Sony TV, and Roku, and nothing is available. I could find the app for my android phones/tablets, and when I try to cast it to my TV, the app says I can't play it on a TV.
Did cox straight up lie to me about this? I even called them a second time to confirm and they stated again that it works for roku, smart TVs, etc.
