[ALL] Compromised Computer Notification - false positive?

I received an email "Cox has identified that one or more of the computers in your home may be infected with the Alureon / TDSS Virus." It looks like a windows virus, but I only have macs in the house. Who at Cox can tell me what kind of network traffic triggered this alert? I'm assuming Cox saw my IP connecting to some botnet server - but when I call Cox Customer Safety at 800-753-6085 they can't tell me what the destination IP/port was, nor the date/time of the alleged activity. They confirmed they did send email - its not spam. Whenever I ask for destination IP they only give me my own IP (called in twice). I'd like this info because then I can setup a filter on my router to see if it happens again, to see which device is generating the traffic. Not sure how I should act on this notice - there is no useful information contained within it.
