looking at moving my home internet over to cbi for the addressing space and the unfiltered port access. looking online -- they have generic pricing for some (all?) of their tiers -- with a 1 year contract. i've tried to look into ip address pricing, but to no avail. everywhere i turn they want me to "submit a form" to deal with some sales weasel.
i get it -- they are on commission -- but its not something that i want to deal with (especially the upselling, etc).
i just want to have a discussion with someone (email works great) laying out all of my options, rates, prices etc with someone.
anyone have a good contact to get this rolling in the phoenix metro area?
