[AZ] New Service - Signal Levels

So I just had service installed at my office on Monday afternoon to get away from Integra Telecom. About six hours later, the internet went down. Not a good way to start off as a new business customer. After waiting about an hour for a tech to show up, it turned out to be an issue at the node. The issue was eventually fixed by 11:30 Monday night. Fast forward to this morning, my employees text me early this morning saying the internet was down again. By the time I got back to the office, it was back up. Checking some logs, it appears the connection went down a little after 3am. This concerns me because we didn't have these issues with Integra. I want away from them because of their expensive internet packages. Looking at the modem stats, I noticed the levels have changed quite a bit from the day of install (Monday) to today. I'm not familiar with Cisco modems or differences between residential vs. business service. Thoughts? Thanks in advance for the help.
